Motorhome stopover located on the borders of North Yorkshire

Cooks View is a convenient motorhome stopover located on the borders of the North Yorkshire Moors, offering easy access to scenic landscapes and local amenities. The site, offers 4 gravel pitches and one grass pitch, all with electric. the site is adults only and only for motorhomes. Caravans/tents will not be accepted. There is a small enclosed dog run however dogs must be kept on a lead on the site. Fresh water, grey disposal, waste disposal and Elsan are all on site Pub within 5 minute walk which serves food throughout the day, along with variety of other pubs, cafes and restaurants within a mile. The site is also on a bus route to the local villages of Great Ayton and the market town of Stokesley. Walks are accessible from the site , exploring the North York Moors, Roseberry Topping or Captain Cooks Monument. Whilst the parking area is situated close to a busy road, so some traffic noise maybe heard, this is surpassed by the convenience of the locality and surrounding views. The site welcomes adults and dogs (2 per pitch). This site has no on-site toilet and shower facilities. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site. This is a quiet site: no music is allowed after 9pm. No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com. There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation. Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
