What customers say
Chill farm campground with ample space, lovely hosts (especially Shauna!). Clean, unique eco-toilets and hot showers. A few tricky bits with signs and a train line, but great for a nature escape. Fire pits and logs available. Highly recommended!

I love this campsite. So peaceful,…
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked I love this campsite. So peaceful, so much space. Wonderful to see the cattle grazing with their calves, hares running in the field, deer, all manner of birds. The facilities (2 compost toilets, one hot shower, one washing up station) are planned and tended with care. Great location, beautiful area.

Lovely site
Unpowered grass motorhome site
Liked How friendly the lady was, lovely warm shower, felt safe
Disliked Just needed more directions to the campsite or what to do when you arrive at the farm. We felt as if we was imposing just driving around someone’s farms but we did not know the way to where we had to check in as such. We paid for 2 nights so we can check out later after one to then find as we was packing up that we didn’t need to pay for 2 just to check out a few hours later.

We loved this true back to…
Unpowered grass motorhome site
Liked We loved this true back to nature campsite surrounded by beautiful fields. Our only neighbours were cows and their babies. Eco toilets and hot shower were very well build, spacious and clean. The owner Shauna was lovely, she took us to our pitch and gave us very helpful tips about local pubs, butchers and bakery shop. We were lucky with the weather and at night we watched the sky full of stars. Perfect place to slow down and relax. Thank you Brights Farm we will be back!

Quiet and lovely location.
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Lovely location. Quiet, calm and peaceful.
Suitable facilities for camping, the composting toilets are a bit more spacious than others.
Decent size shower with hot water, good enough wash up area with hot water, but not the best.
The way the site is set out means if there are other campers onsite you’ll have loads of space between each pitch.
The hosts were very welcoming, and very friendly.
Disliked Nothing.

Would stay again if I was staying in the area
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Loved the shower & compost toilets - very luxurious! Very friendly hostess & good location far away from the noise & hussle & bussle of daily life.
Wash up facilities & sink also good & adequate. All kept spotlessly clean too.
Disliked The only slight inconvenience is the railway line crossing for access, but easily sorted as long as there's two of you, or you're on foot.
