What customers say
A chilled, eco-friendly spot with ace views. Campers loved the helpful owners, clean facilities (showers, composting toilets), and picking their own site. Great walks nearby, plus pubs and cafes a short stroll away. Super clean, sustainable, and peaceful – most guests had no complaints.

Oakfield unpowered grass and earth tent or trailer tent site (no pets)
Liked Spacious. Eco site. Friendly owner
Disliked Slightly overpriced for the very basic facilities in our opinion which could be why we had the whole site to ourselves!

From the manager: I’m sorry you feel we are over price , your initial payment is a booking fee this does not come to us .
We do advertise as a back to basic campsite , if we upgrade our facilities we would not be eco friendly , which In turn would effect our carbon footprint and would not benefit nature. Also all the compost made gets used around the farm when planting new trees and hedgerow which all benefits the environment.
We spread our campers over two sites so it should always be relaxing and quiet.
