What customers say

A lovely, tidy spot. Praised for spotless loos/showers, great hosts & pitches by the pond. Summerhouse a hit. Some found it adult-focused & noted few showers/nearby amenities. Great for a chill break.

Liked What an amazing 'hidden gem'! Very small site with pitches set out around a fishing pond. Wildlife haven. Attached to a small working farm with Cows, Goats, Chickens, Squirrels etc. The toilets are AMAZING! Spotlessly clean. There is a little 'Cabin' which is equipped with sofas, table, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, games, books etc which is free to use. The warden is brilliant! Can't wait to return.

Liked A lovely site, shower and toilet area were modern and spotless. The communal summer house was stunning perfect amenities and again spotless. The site warden was helpful and available should we need anything. Elsham hall definitely worth a visit only 5 mins away by car.

Disliked Theres not anything that we disliked about the site.
No WiFi but if you have 4g that's not a problem.

Liked We had a fantastic stay at Woodside Caravan Park. It’s a lovely site with a beautiful, well-stocked fishing lake that our boys absolutely loved spending time at. The little cabin for making a cuppa was such a nice touch. The shower and toilet block was spotless – by far the cleanest we’ve ever seen at a site! Dennis was a brilliant host, and the home-grown tomatoes were delicious. We can’t wait to come back!

Local attractions

A round of the local golf course to kickstart your Lincolnshire break? Elsham Golf Club (five minutes’ drive) has been around since 1900 and has 18 holes. Hull (35 minutes) is just as historic: there’s the Streetlife Museum with old trams, cars and carriages, as well as the Hull Maritime Museum. The Deep (half an hour) aquarium is another fine entertainment option with jellyfish, stingrays and sharks. If that has you wanting more of the water (but no more sharks, please and thank you), make your way to Cleethorpes (35 minutes) for paddleboarding and kayaking. Waters' Edge Country Park & Visitor Centre (15 minutes) has some sublime river views and dog-friendly walks, as well as a viewing port over the bridge. Perhaps you want something that will get your heart rate up even more – and what a wild setting the Regency mansion at Normanby Hall Country Park (20 minutes) is for a Go Ape treetop course.
