  • Small and quiet adults-only touring park at Goxhill in Lincolnshire
  • Humber Bridge 15 minutes’ drive; The Deep aquarium 35 minutes
  • Hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups; pubs 10 minutes’ drive
A small Lincolnshire site, Sunnyside Touring Caravan Park has hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups and a grassed area to the side of each one. This is an adults-only park in quiet surroundings backing onto fields and farm land, with easy access to walking and cycling routes along the River Humber, birdwatching at Far Ings Visitor Centre (15 minutes’ drive) and lots to see in the Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire countryside. Hull has plenty to do too; you can visit The Deep aquarium (35 minutes) and the marina has a mixture of restaurants and bars. The Humber Bridge is a tourist attraction in itself, and there are areas for viewing its spectacular spans at Waters’ Edge Country Park (15 minutes). The nearest village is Goxhill (five minutes), with a couple of grocery stores, a fish and chip shop and tea room – a pop-up pub appears in the village hall from time to time too, while some local takeaways will deliver straight to your pitch. Barton-upon-Humber (10 minutes) has supermarkets as well as small independent shops, a garage, pubs and restaurants.

Liked An adults only, peaceful dog friendly site, with immaculately clean facilities which are checked regularly.
The owners are really lovely, they are so welcoming and friendly, they are very accommodating and are always around if you need any advice or assistance. They genuinely care and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The site has a security barrier, it’s a lovely small friendly site and the pitches are level and the grass areas are well cared for.
Goxhill villages is a very short walk away, with shops and take away food available.
We will definitely visit this site again, the peace and quietness was wonderful and it’s a haven for local wildlife.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, we both loved it.
