What customers say
A top spot for Download Festival-goers, this pop-up had peaceful riverside pitches. Staff were praised as friendly, loos clean, with good food and bar. Late festival breakfasts were a hit. Most loved it, though a few noted minor loo smells and few showers. A great choice for next time!

Great site with pitches marked out.

Liked Awesome pop up camping for download. Pretty quiet, everyone seemed to get back and sleep 🥰 Camping spaces were well marked out with a plot number given on arrival. Ground slightly uneven (it’s a field) but it was great for a few nights.
Breakfast was so welcome in the Priests House and a reasonable price with lovely staff. Had a drink lunch time before heading to the festival both days and made use of the lounge area.
Outside was beautiful, it’s on the river (with tables and chairs in an area next to it) and the remains of the old water mill still present.
Toilets were clean, even had a chat with the cleaner one morning as she was in there.
Will definately return, thank you for a great stay!
Disliked Nothing to dislike. It was a pop up camp site in a great location.

Liked It was a last minute booking to attend Download Festival, and we absolutely loved it! A slice of peace and quiet away from the madness of the festival.
We had a meal in the hotel and as it was my husband’s 30th Birthday, the staff treated us like royalty and the food was wonderful!
Having the option to have breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and they clearly knew their audience - providing a buffet for the attendees of the festival at 10:30pm! We’ll be back next year! 🤘
