Liked Lovely stay at Low House Farm. Our 5th time staying, location is handy for walkers who want to visit the Yorkshire Dales and/or East side of the Lake District. Dog field is a handy bonus addition, for people travelling with dogs. Simple, small site, we love it there. Very peaceful. Wifi is good. Clean and tidy campsite.

Electric grass and gravel tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Everything! We had a lovely stay here, the owners were amazing, couldn't do enough to help you. Facilities were spot on, in keeping with the area, cant expect big fancy buildings in the middle of the open countryside. Large pitches. We will definitely be booking again if we visit that area in the future. Handy dog field next door to book/hire and allow dogs to have fun. Lovely views of the countryside from our windows. Quiet at night. Very safe and secure with the locked gates (accessible to campers 24 hours a day) The site was immaculate, the grass was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of places to visit within a short drive. Lots of walking areas nearby with a short drive to them.
Disliked Nothing. Everything was catered for.

Liked Lovely little campsite. Hard standing for the electic sites, individual water and electic boxes behind each pitch. A lovely addition is the dog field with the little stream to let the dogs have a run securely. Surrounded by green countryside and not too far from the main road, making it easy access. Everything you need for a peaceful stay.
Owners were very accommodating when my return home was delayed by car issues for 2 days.
Disliked Was unsure where to put bbq ashes and spent coal, maybe a specific metal bin would be handy.
The hole/dip at the entrance on the right hand side caught me out a few times, especially when swinging in with the caravan in tow. Could do with repairing.

Liked Loved how quiet the site was, peaceful evenings, ideal location for travelling into the lakes without having to take the caravan down the hilly, windy roads. Plenty of places to visit around, we visited ingleborough, windermere, kendle and ingleton on our long weekend stay. Free wifi! Nice clean site, polite and friendly owners. Loved listening to the beck late on and early mornings. Dog friendly with a dog safe field available for use.
Will definitely be returning in the better weather, as this was the perfect campsite for us. Small site, adults only, dog friendly and easy to access.
Disliked I wish I had parked my caravan to face the other way for the sunset. But that's my failings, I'll consider this when I return.
