It's also great to know you made the most of the excellent bus links to both Cheltenham and Gloucester. We're very sorry to hear you experienced issues with the Wi-Fi. This certainly isn't the experience we want our guests to have. Our Wi-Fi system was completely upgraded at the end of last season and is generally very reliable, so it sounds as though there may have been a fault affecting your stay. Had we known at the time, we would have been more than happy to investigate and, in many cases, resolve the issue straight away. Thank you for bringing it to our attention through your review.
