Disliked Noise from road and railway. The railway was very noisy at night with freight trains running twice an hour, throughout the night.

Liked Clean, tidy site, friendly and helpful staff. Short, safe walk to a good pub. Nice grounds for walking the dog.

Liked Quiet, peaceful, rural location. Small but spacious campsite, lots of areas to walk the dog, lovely pond. Easy walk to a very nice pub (The Five Bells in Whitchurch). Toilets & showers clean. Washing up area and somewhere to leave rubbish.

Disliked Nothing, it was a basic but adequate stop off - I could have stayed longer.

Liked Warm, friendly welcome. Warm, clean toilets and showers. Level pitches, some with lovely views. Woodland dog walking area.

Disliked Not really dislikes but be aware noise from A35 is constant, I wear earplugs, so it's manageable. Walk to Rose and Crown in Lytchett Matravers took 18 minutes at a swift pace. We took a big torch and carried our 8kg dog along the windy stretches. The road wasn't very busy and there was enough verge to step onto when needed. The pub was worth the walk, good food, nice atmosphere.
