Liked Facilities, toilets, pool, bar and pitch sizes

Disliked No wifi, but a refreshing change to then be able to relax and remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of work and everyday life.

From the manager: Thanks, John. It is refreshing to see families actually doing something with their children and not just sitting behind a mobile. We have very poor wifi here, and this is why we don't offer it. Easier to not offer something; other campsites in the area offer this, but it's not always great, which can also lead to poor reviews

Liked This weekend was the third visit to Newfold farm this year. The site is situated in Edale which has a few great pubs and access to fantastic walks in the peaks. The site is well run, has great amenities, the new toilet and shower block and pot washing facilities are first class. Staff are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Fire pits can be hired so after a days walking you can chill with a beer under the stars. The onsite cafe bistro serves lovely food and good selection of beers, wines and spirits. In the summer the outdoor pizza place serves a great selection, but get in quick as it’s popular. Play areas for kids and pitches for motorhomes and campers are spacious.

Disliked The only dislike I have is when I have to go home, because Newfold Farm is such a chilled out site.
