Liked It was great to see the ecological work going on at Green Sheep Camping with new wild flower meadows and woodland trails. Lots of local ecological information provided on site. It is great country for coastal walks and scenery. The site was scrupulously clean, well managed and peaceful and the hosts were very friendly. Loved it.
Disliked Nothing.

From the manager: Thank you Paul and Carol for your review and for understanding what we're attempting to do ecologically on the land we're stewarding. We very much enjoyed talking to you and hearing about your ecological work. Thank you for your encouragement and welcome back anytime!

Liked This site has a splendid c.180 degree view of the Cotswold Ridge and Severn Estuary from what is probably the Painswick area to Second Severn Crossing (both bridges clearly visible). We watched the Severn Bore three times during our two night (Sunday and Monday) stay. The field was quiet and unspoiled and we ate meals on the river bank watching the tides. Bordering the Severn Way long distance path, this is a good place for walks.
Disliked The drinking water tap would benefit from a sign.
