Liked An absolute gem. The host gave me the warmest, kindest welcome, and the entire campsite was incredibly quiet, tidy, and well-maintained. The showers were exceptionally clean and felt genuinely homely. Highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a peaceful, pleasant, and relaxing getaway.

Liked Farmer Phil and his wife were very friendly and helpful, both popped over to see me and make sure I had all I needed. Nice spacious warm showers and lots of helpful thoughtfulness to make your life easy. Washing machine on site, washing sinks, microwave, fridge, freezer. Amazing value - will definitely be back.

Liked I liked the location overlooking widemouth bay, Spectacular views of the countryside too. Just a wonderful feeling of space! The site has all I need. Warm showers and fresh water. It was quiet and the hosts were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back! Got some delicious fresh salmon from the farm shop over the road too. Perfect place for me. Best value for money of any site I've been too.

Disliked I disliked having to leave to return to work.... Especially as the waves were just starting to fire!!!!
