Owner said he didn’t know of our booking when we arrived & needed persuading to let us stay, despite us paying first obviously! And travelling for over 3 hours!
The camp site has other long term campers who live there all year round. One of these mobile homes had a fire whilst we were there, later we were told it was started due to a drug dealer on site!

A lovely clean, level & quiet site. Spotless toilets & showers, friendly & very helpful visitors & staff.

Sppedramps very high- too high IMO as seen by the number of gouges on the first one into the site. Ripped my jockey wheel off, causing me to have to purchase a new one.

Stayed for one night -warm welcome when we arrived - flat pitch close to the toilets which were clean and hot showers. Secure access to the site

Only one shower but being out of main season this wasn't an issue - its a push button shower and doesn't stay on for very long

Lovely site. Well looked after. Easy access to local attractions. Toilets/ showers immaculate. Bus stop just outside.

Disabled shower/toilet was unavailable signage at entrance showing tall trees only readable on return down the road. Thought it was entrance to a country park
