Liked: I’ve stayed at Tall Trees numerous times and it never disappoints. The WC / shower facilities are always immaculately clean. The management couple who run the place leave no stone unturned to ensure everything is just how it should be.
Disliked: No dislikes whatsoever.

Liked: The location was convenient and we were given a welcome on arrival
Disliked: The unclear pitch set up and unfortunately we had a large roudy group of drunkards playing music all day and night and even though the people tried to get rid of them it didn’t do anything to stop it.
Hi Lea, thank you for your review, sadly as we are only a small site and we do not have the room to segregate into different zones, normally we do not allow large groups of 18 - 25 year olds, but due to a newly implemented booking system this group managed to slip under the radar and although we did manage to remove 3 of them from site it would seem that the others continued to cause some problems in the early hours.
This group or any individuals from this group have been blocked from returning to our usually quiet, peaceful site.
We hope this does not stop you from re visiting us again and we can only apologise for the disturbance they caused.

Liked: Generous pitch, friendly welcome, clean facilities, playground, quiet during quiet times. Less than 5 minutes to Asda, Lidl, Aldi and McDonalds! We visited: Watermeadows swimming pool, Sherwood Forest, Nottingham, Sherwood Observatory, Bakewell, Derby, Mansfield and Chesterfield.
Disliked: Nothing - just be careful on the speed bumps!

Liked: Everything. A duped place. I have stayed there quite a bit this summer. The couple who run the place, Mick and Karen, are lovely people who work tirelessly to ensure everything is spot on.
The WC and shower facilities are always spotlessly clean.
A lovely, peaceful place that seems to attract a returning clientele of nice folks.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: Nice clean facilities, good for families, seemed to be plenty fun but not rowdy, friendly staff - within walking distance to fast food , a large supermarket and a pub
Disliked: Lock on shower in men’s didn’t work very well and you have to keep button pressed on the shower to keep the water coming.
Thank you for your review, the issue with the lock has now been dealt with, the push button showers are designed to save water, however we are looking into weather or not we can alter the length of time they can stay on.
