Disliked: Snooty host. I hadn’t added my dogs to the booking as I hadn’t seen the tick box. She was very off about this immediately, rather than just asking me to pay for them which wasn’t an issue. Felt they were watching and keeping an eye out. Doesn’t make for a nice relaxing experience. She Didn’t say hello or let on when we saw her walking round. Talking to the permanent residents this is how she is. Bit of a jobs worth I think the term is.

Hi Shilas, sorry but i don't understand your comment about the shower? How was it bad?
The pitches are all grass pitches which it tells you on booking, there is no mud on site, nor has there been for the entirety of the season, the ground is rock hard and the little rain we have had has not been enough to soak in to make the ground muddy so you have left us completely baffled.
We do hope this will not stop you from visiting us again and wish you happy camping.

when you arrived you were greeted with a nice welcome, you never even mentioned the fact that you had dogs with you, when i noticed a dog in the vehicle and i said you had not booked for a dog it was you that became "snooty" when i said it was £1,00 per night per dog, your reply was," well i think i can run to a fiver " not even mentioning the fact you had 3 dogs with you, which should have been £15.00 to pay and not 5.
you where also informed that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, a rule which you totally ignored not just once but on several occasions, you were also letting them off whilst you were in the private holiday homes area that you should not have been in !
i also think that you are very rude to expect me to break off a conversation with a resident just to satisfy the ego of someone who has no intention of following site rules. i am so glad you wont be returning as we prefer campers that have respect for the site and its rules.
