When you choose to stay at FozCamp, a quiet, well-kept campsite on the Paseo Marítimo de Foz, five minutes’ walk from the edge of Foz, you have the choice of several beaches on which to languish, be it the surfing beaches at Llas (five minutes’ walk) and Rapadoira (20 minutes), or the famed Playa de las Catedrales (20 minutes’ drive) punctuated by spectacular sea arches. Lined by colourful hydrangea plants, the neat grass pitches sit under the partial shade of olive and palm trees, close to a small play area with swings. The whitewashed central hub of the campsite contains handy amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, bathrooms with baby-changing tables and hot water in the showers, as well as a reception and a licensed terrace café for snacks and drinks. If you’re sticking with self-catering, barbecues are allowed on site, but you also have the option to meander along the Paseo Marítimo de Foz into lively Foz with its gourmet restaurants and vibrant nightlife. In addition, the campsite is a handy stop on the Camino de Santiago, offering a comfortable and peaceful spot for pilgrims to rest up and re-energise.

A lovely spot, close to the beach and town. Owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities, like showers and loos, are spotless. Pitches are mostly grand, though a few say they're a bit tight. Great for a break, with lovely sea views, but there's a bit of road noise.

Liked The owners were super friendly and very welcoming, they made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Really good location next to a great beach.. The campsite has everything you could need and has great views across the sea.. We will return one day to stay again and spend some more time exploring.

Liked TOUT et la gentillesse des proprietaires. Les conseils pour les visites et la disponibilité constante de l'accueil. Très beau camping qui surplombe l'atlantique; Proximité des découvertes. Très bon point de départ pour la visite de la Galice avec des plages magnifiques (21° fin juillet)Ne pas oublier d'emporter une petite polaire.

Liked Good location with different options to walk into town. The beaches and bar are only a few minutes walk away.
The site is well maintained and clean with sufficient showers and tiolets. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked Most pitches are a little tight.
We booked through pitch up and paid over the odds for what is already quite an expensive site.
The cafe/bar could be more 'welcoming' to attract more people.
