  • Simple touring site at a well-placed south Seville location
  • Walk to Seville city-centre attractions in around half an hour
  • Hardstanding pitches with shade and essential services
Touring Spain in a motorhome is a wonderful way to take in the countryside, but finding sites that will let you explore the cities easily can be more difficult. And that's why Parking Sevilla Puerto is such a gem of a place – it’s in a great location on Avenida de las Razas, with splendidly easy access to Seville’s city-centre attractions. A couple of blocks back from the Guadalquivir river in the south of the city, this is a very well-placed site from which you can walk to major attractions (such as Plaza de España and the Royal Alcázar) and busy restaurant/bar areas in about half an hour, or hop on a bus to get there in 15 minutes or so. That means it should be nice and easy to explore Seville very thoroughly from here – but that's not all this location has to offer. It’s also about 20 minutes' walk to a railway station that will connect you to the services you need for day trips to places like Cádiz or Jerez de la Frontera. This simple site is designed for caravans and motorhomes only, so it's got no toilets or showers, but there are black and grey water tank facilities. Hardstanding pitches are shaded to keep them as cool as possible, and they have water and electric connections as well as a site-wide wifi service. It’s an easygoing site where kids, dogs and groups are all welcome.

Secure, basic car park handily placed for Seville, a 20-30 min walk or bus ride away. Water & electric provided. Site can be busy, dusty & noisy (24/7 activity, club noise). No loos/Wi-Fi. Bookings & access issues reported due to roadworks & inaccurate online descriptions.

Electric optional hardstanding touring pitch

Liked Nothing,

Disliked It was noisy, totally unexpected, we thought we were booked into a nice site close to everything, the only person who could speak English a little was not very helpful, the young lad was most helpful, and had no English, the alleged 10min walk to the city may have been super fit to do it as we walked 20mins and were still no closer,

Liked Location and easy to find.
Repsol petrol station close by.
Overnight security on entrance.

Disliked Not as appears in the photos. There is no covers on the frames - hence no shaded areas at all.
This is simply a gravel car park.

Electric optional hardstanding touring pitch

Liked 40 min walk into the centre. Lots of spaces. Friendly staff and would stay again if visiting Seville but would just turn up instead of booking through pitch up.

Disliked No booking on system when we arrived so paid a deposit for two nights for nothing to pitch up. Quite loud club on Friday night when we stayed still playing music at 2am so bring earbuds.

Liked Nothing

Disliked We didn't stay. It looks like a dirty old car park. Full of old vehicles. For 30 euros. Definitely not worth it. We drove in and straight out again.

Electric optional hardstanding touring pitch

Liked Very basic secure car park, with security guard 24 hrs. Great location to the centre of Sevilla, a bus No.3 goes into town from a few streets away.

Disliked When we arrived we were told they don't take bookings, you just turn up and pay - so Pitchup took €7.50 from us for a booking that didn't exist.

Local attractions

Seville is fairly compact, so it's a wonderful city to explore on foot, by bike or using public transport. For first-timers, highlights include the world's largest Gothic cathedral and its huge bell tower, the fascinating Royal Alcázar and the highly decorated Plaza de España. The city also has several art museums and is well known as a foodie destination – a tapas crawl should certainly be on the cards at some point. Away from the city centre, there are lovely things to explore in some of the outer neighbourhoods (especially colourful Triana), kid-friendly attractions such as Isla Mágica and Seville Aquarium, and day trips to places like the Roman amphitheatre at Italica (20 minutes' drive) or the ancient town of Carmona (35 minutes). For full days out, head to the sherry-filled town of Jerez de la Frontera (an hour) or continue to the coastal city of Cádiz (an hour and 15 minutes) – both are great places for a wander through historic streets.
