Top spot, handy for Bourges centre (10-15 min stroll). Staff are a gem, facilities spotless, pitches roomy. Toilets could do with a freshen up, and more soap! Grand for a stopover or city break, with food vans handy.

Liked Wir waren nur eine Nacht Vorort und sind auf der Durchreise an die Costa blanca Spanien, beginnend von middelburg Niederlande....

Der Platz ist super! Völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage!

Disliked Irgendwie hat der Wasseranschluss nicht funktioniert.... denke das war einfach nur ein defekt und ist nicht dauerhaft ausgeschaltet.
Von daher alles in Ordnung...

Liked Pitch was a good size with water and electricity.
Grey waste, toilet and water were probably the best laid out we have ever come across.
Facilities were clean, reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
20 minute walk into town.

Disliked Nothing.

Liked Exceptional friendly welcome. Facilities clean and good….toilets, showers, motorhome service points. Good size level pitches with hedges between offering some privacy.

Liked Friendly staff and proximity to city centre.

Disliked Problem with electricity. Cut out and came back on. Stayed off on last morning of stay. Definitely problem with their supply as our van recently serviced and no problem elsewhere.

AND THE TOILETS HAVE SEATS, THERES TOILET PAPER AND HAND WASH TO CLEAN YOUR HANDS WHEN YOUR DONE

This is a great site and it’s busy full every night we stayed…

Brilliant location and for all brits who read this the town of Brouges is beautiful, a small version of York loads to see and do all within walking distance from the site.

All in a good site in a great location and we will be back

Liked Schnell und unkompliziert. Schöne ruhige Stellplätze. Sanitäreinrichtungen sind gut erreichbar. jedoch ist der Zustand überarbeitungswürdig. Platz ist schön und zentral gelegen.

Liked Close to the centre of town. There was a local supermarket with a lovely walk to it. There was a dedicated motorhome water filler tap with the correct connection. There was a different food truck each evening.

Disliked The pitches were shared double pitches.

Local attractions

There’s much to see in central Bourges, including a gorgeous Gothic cathedral (UNESCO listed and bearing a passing resemblance to Paris’s Notre-Dame in places) and more than 400 half-timbered houses. If you’re here in summer it’s well worth taking a wander after dusk when clever lighting creates interesting effects on several buildings. Head south for 20 minutes or so on foot (or five minutes pedalling your bike) to get to Val d’Auron lake for days spent sailing, rowing or fishing on the lake, or playing waterside games of golf or tennis. There’s also a riding centre down here for pony rides and riding lessons. Those fond of a tipple or two will do well out of a day spent in and around Sancerre, a 45-minute drive from the site, pottering around the vineyards, sampling the famed crisp whites and nibbling on the local Crottin de Chavignol goats’ cheese.
