On-site accommodation

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 50 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 06/07 and 24/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €290.00 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Safety

• No gas barbecues allowed.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Pool

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

Reception

• Reception is closed from noon to 4 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/09 and 21/09.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 18/04 and 30/06.
• Reception is unmanned after 8 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 19/04 and 21/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy

• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Dogs

• The site only allows dogs up to 10kg.

Arrivals and departures

• The site will send you further check-in information 10 day(s) before your arrival.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €90.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
