- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/03 and 30/10 (subject to weather conditions).
- The grocery shop is open between 29/03 and 31/10.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Reception is unmanned after 5:30 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- The games room is open between 29/03 and 02/11.
- A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- If bringing a motorhome, please specify if you have a continental unit, i.e., the door on the opposite side so that the correct pitch can be allocated. Converted campervans/vehicles used for sleeping must comply with DVLA regulations. Building works will take place on site in daytime hours Mondays to Fridays between 9 and 27 March 2026. There may be some associated noise.

We’re very sorry, however, that the ongoing building work affected your stay. We did make sure to inform guests in advance about the improvements taking place, and we genuinely did not expect the contractors to continue as late as 8pm. This extended working time was not planned, and we have since reinforced our expectations with the team to minimise any future disruption.

Regarding your private feedback about WiFi costs — thank you for mentioning it. We don’t provide a WiFi service on the park, but there are independent providers in the area that guests can choose to use if they wish, similar to using your data on mobile, sometimes you can sometimes you can't.
Because we promote our coastal location, sea views, and peaceful surroundings, many guests enjoy switching off completely, thus the reason we say it is available as an option.
Camping Connect who use the airwaves to sell their wifi are pretty clear to their pricing policy before you pay for their services, as an option.
