We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, particularly with the showers, electrics, and the condition of the men’s facilities. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to provide. As you mentioned, we do currently have development work taking place on site, which may have contributed, and will be the refresh we need for the new washrooms, but we completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
Please be assured that we are actively working on improvements, and feedback like yours is incredibly valuable in helping us prioritise these areas.

Liked Good size pitches and park was well maintained. Very helpful staff

Disliked New hardstanding pitches not compacted enough our jockey wheel kept digging in while trying to move caravan with the motor mover. Toilets and showers out dated, not enough showers. The road into the site needs the potholes filled can't avoid some of them not good when towing

We really appreciate your constructive feedback. Regarding the new hardstanding pitches, thank you for highlighting this — we are aware that some areas require further compaction, and this is being addressed as part of our ongoing works to ensure they meet the expected standard.
We’re also grateful for your comments about the washroom facilities. Plans are already underway, with brand new washroom facilities currently being built on site. These will significantly improve both the number and quality of showers available for our guests.
With regard to the access road, we completely understand your concerns. While parts of the approach road are outside of our direct control, we will certainly pass your feedback on to the local council and continue to do what we can within the park to improve the arrival experience.

Liked We had a lovely stay at Morfa Bychan over a weekend. Beautifully kept site, spacious pitches with excellent sea views- the ideal spot to watch the sunset. No need to move far from the site! Just what we needed to recharge for a weekend!
Red kites swooping overhead and sheep on the hill were a bonus. Really looking forward to staying again.
