What customers say

Lovely glamping pods and tents, beds are comfy, private facilities and great views. Very peaceful with welcoming hosts and nice touches. Good base for exploring. A bit of a leak in one tent and not much storage, but overall, top quality.

Pheasant Field camping pod

Liked The pod was really clean and well equipped with extras left for us such as bread, milk, jam and biscuits which was a lovely touch. The children enjoyed the play area and outdoor space and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the lovely decking area with wonderful views!

Liked The hosts were welcoming and explained all we needed to know on arrival.
Towels and bedding included, a big hit. 😃
We loved the play park and a visit from Victor.
The pod had everything we needed, pots, crockery, cutlery aswell as tea, coffee and a couple of other thoughtful extras.
The fire pit was a fantastic bonus.

Disliked Flies in the pod, can't be helped.

Liked Lovely spacious tent, own private facilities, not overlooked. Absolutely spotless. Wonderful views.

Disliked Bit of a leak in tent near small bed. Easy to fix I think. Missing wine glasses.

Hedgerow Hideout bell tent (no pets)

Liked Everything was just perfect, exactly what we needed as a last minute 4 night break, so peaceful myself & my 12yr old came home so relaxed and refreshed! The bell tent has everything you need, really comfortable beds we slept great 👌 loved the sounds of the birds & sheep in the mornings we both just lay listening to them along with the sound of the rain, 😀 plenty to do within short drives, white scar caves is definitely a must really enjoyed it.

Disliked Nothing to dislike, everything was just perfect 👌

Hare Meadow camping pod

Liked We had a wonderful 2 night stay during the Easter holidays with our young children aged 2 and 5. They both loved the sleeping arrangements and actually slept through the night! The oldest usually creeps in our bed so maybe a built in bunk bed is just what we need at home! The pod was spotless and had bread, milk and biscuits which was a nice touch. The children enjoyed the play area and were thrilled there were so many lambs on the field next to the pod. It is in a great location with supermarkets a short drive away for anything you may need. We visited a farm and soft play which was great value for the kids.

The hosts were lovely and we would definitely return.

Pheasant Field camping pod

Liked Beautiful setting, lovely clean pod with everything you need. All the great things about camping (bbqs, eating outside, in nature) without the drawbacks (being cold, no showers, no electricity). The beds are very comfortable. We loved our stay, Danielle left us bread, biscuits and milk and there’s tea and coffee in the pods. Everything is very clean and new. We used the BBQ pits each night but there was an oven and induction stove as well. Only slight drawback is there isn’t much storage or hooks to hang things on.
