If easy access to walks is a key feature on your wishlist, the setting of Wolverley Camping and Caravanning Club Site should suit you rather well. It’s a mere 60 metres from this Worcestershire site to the towpaths of the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal, for miles and miles of gentle walks, all finishing up with a drink in the canalside Lock Inn and Old Smithy Tearoom just next door to the site – how very handy. Located on the edge of the village of Wolverley, about 10 minutes’ drive from Kidderminster, this rural site is also well placed for lots of other great walking and cycling routes, plus all sorts of days out for all ages, from Kinver Edge and the West Midland Safari Park to Bodenham Arboretum and the Wyre Forest. It’s also just a lovely place to relax and watch the world go by – the sheltered site is surrounded by lush greenery and has its own playing field, dog walk and recreation room as well as a shop, launderette, chemical disposal point and well-appointed bathrooms (with parent-and-baby room and wheelchair-accessible facilities). Wolverley Camping and Caravanning Club Site is managed by the Camping and Caravanning Club, and available to both members and non-members. Members benefit from a discounted rate (which is displayed here) so make sure you select the correct membership with your booking.
