What customers say

Grand spot, well-kept and spotless, with plenty of room on the pitches, lots with all the bits. Showers and loos get a big thumbs-up for being clean and modern. Staff are a friendly bunch. Handy for Skegness and local sights, though you might hear a bit of traffic. A wee playground for the nippers.

Non-electric grass tent pitch

Liked This is a convenient camping site close but not too close to Skegness.
I took my 12yr old son for a few nights.
The facilities are perfect, modern and cleaned daily. The site, which is mainly static and touring caravans is very well presented. The tent camping area has had less money spent and seems to be less presentable. It would have been nice to see the road finished and maybe a water tap dedicated to the camping area. There is road noise as you would expect from the location. Overall its perfect if you want quick access to the sea front for the kids and the facilities are very nice.

Disliked Unfinished road to camping area.
No close water tap.

Local attractions

Wander, take the car, or get the bus that stops just across the road from Skegness Fields to seaside town Skegness for days of coast and sand. The beach, sea and pier will likely be many folks' first stops (probably followed by a bag of hot fish and chips or an ice cream on the sands), but do take time too to get to the town's other top attractions, like the Natureland Seal Sanctuary and the fab and wild Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve just outside the centre. From Skegness, travel along the coast to Ingoldmells for a knuckle-tightening time at Fantasy Island, the mammoth amusement park with the world’s longest suspended rollercoaster and Europe’s longest looping rollercoaster. (A mammoth indoor market is also in town to totter to if you need to soothe yourself afterwards.) Other options around the sea and Lincolnshire are trips further along the coast to Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe and on to Saltfleet, and inland to the walks and bike rides of the flat Wolds, or staggering under the weight of piles of newly purchased produce at Lincolnshire's market towns like Louth, Alford and Horncastle.
