Set within the grounds of Corbar Hill House which was built in the 1850’s for the Mistress of the 7th Duke of Devonshire as a retreat. Walking into Buxton’s Town centre takes approximately 10 minutes where you find numerous shops, bars, restaurants, the famous Opera House and many more tourist attractions. The place is encapsulated by Corbar Woods where wildlife is thriving, notably with Owls, Rabbits, Bats and the odd Stoat, among others. From the grounds you can escape by foot into the Peaks and take in all of scenery and wildlife Buxton & the Peak District has to offer. All topped off by panoramic views of Buxton and the Peaks.
