Liked Electronic check in was good. Handy a walk around the lake. Toilets were clean. Pitch was spacious.

Disliked Shower was cold in the morning. A bit scruffy and uncared for.

Our campsite is a small family-run business that we maintain daily throughout the year, with a great deal of time, energy and care. We put a lot of heart into keeping the site welcoming and pleasant for our guests with plenty of details. Your rating of 1/10 for the facilities and 5/10 for cleanliness is particularly surprising to us. These scores are very different from the overall feedback we normally receive, which is overwhelmingly positive and often highlights the care we put into maintaining the campsite, its cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere and the quality of our welcome. The recent photographs of the campsite available on the platform also allow everyone to see for themselves the care and attention we put into maintaining the site, its grounds, flower beds and facilities on a daily basis. We fully respect the fact that every guest may have different expectations. Nevertheless, we regret that our family campsite, which we maintain with so much dedication and love, did not meet yours.
