Liked Great little site, owners very friendly and helpful Toilets and showers always clean Perfect little shop on site for essentials and more - nice touch is the honesty box Free WiFi - phone reception was very good Location although outside of Woodhall spa is perfect with excellent pub just down the road Lots of dog walking from site Overall we were very pleased and extended our stay - definitely recommended

Liked Overall a good site Great location easy access to York park and ride less than 3m away Great for walking local pub 30 min nice walk Peaceful Good showers and loos tho can be busy Busy site - was full

Disliked Barrier out of action so anyone can enter site Feels lacking security no staff around so personally is a big concern New barrier part on order so hopefully fixed soon People speeding on site no concern for others Some bins left full No one around when you arrive bit disconcerting I felt - not a good vibe

Liked Beautiful well kept site Staff are great Dave really helped us with some local knowledge Excellent facilities all one shower en-suite cubicles Site free WiFi was good as hardly any phone reception Brilliant location for touring the area Avoid local sat nav short cut ‘Iron Bars’ road was very narrow

Liked Great little site kept immaculately clean and tidy Good location for exploring area Bus stop just out side to Cromer - Sheringham On site Bistro is amazing - Sunday Dinner was spot on Open field up the road for dog walk

Liked Great welcome from Colin the owner Very accommodating when we extended our Big pitch with our own water supply We had the one next to the field so great views of the wildlife! Kept my dog entertained watching the Hares and Deer Toilet and shower all spotless clean Local club 20 ish on walk

Liked Very nice well kept site - level pitches with large grass areas Amenities well kept and warm - hot showers all spotless Small shop and cafe on site Excellent dog walk opportunities on adjacent fields Short walk into New Romney for pubs and shops Overall excellent site definitely recommend 👍

Liked Beautifully well maintained site, great pitches with some hedges providing some privacy Immaculate facilities which cleaned daily Dog walking had some great options tho can be muddy this time of year Free Wi-Fi is a bonus Managers very helpful and friendly Will be returning next year!

Liked Perfect pitch - quiet area near showers Good space On site take away cafe Friendly and very helpful staff Immaculately clean, was busy but no problems with using any of the facilities no ques ! Perfect location for what we wanted Nice restaurant / pub up the road tho not the cheapest Not bothered with WiFi not sure if charged for?

Liked Loved the setting, shower block is top class, secure key fob entry gates, immaculately kept site, large dog play area, no silly extra charges like per dog per gazebo. Owner very friendly and helpful.
