Liked Childrens play areas were good and the bar and restaurant was next to the indoor childrens play area which was practical.

Disliked If you advertise a whole schedule of halloween activities during half term to attract bookings you should make them available and not cancel at the last moment. It is incorrect. I was not informed by email and do not even know if I have received a refund for what I paid towards this event, and the office was never open during my stay to enquire. I also think that as you cancelled the attractions your indoor play area should have been free for people staying. I had to pay for a 2 day pass for 2 children to make up for the activities that you cancelled. Your advert was very misleading.
