Liked Small site with ample hard standing pitches on a working farm. Immediate access to fells, as well as low level walks. Frequent bus service to Ambleside and Keswick from stop at end of farm lane. Welcoming and helpful family farm. Fresh eggs.

Liked Good location for walks directly from site onto the hills or low levels. Adjacent Inn with pub grub and selection of local beers. Facilities spotless. Level pitch. Reasonable rates for time of year. Clean and warm wash-up/utility room. Warm shower/toilet block.

Disliked Token operated showers.
