Liked Everything! What a lovely, lovely place to stay. This was exactly what I was looking for. It was the most quiet and peaceful site I’ve ever stayed in. It was big and spacious, and loved the fact that the owner limits the amount of people who can stay. It’s in a beautiful location in the Long Mynd, meaning you can walk right into the hills from the campsite. I was nervous about the composting toilets (as a bit of a germophobe) but I needn’t have been - they were very clean. The owner was incredibly nice, and her dogs were adorable. There are also three lovely inquisitive chickens on site with their own little personalities. I loved it so much that I extended my two night stay by another three nights!

Disliked Nothing. It was perfect.

Liked We had an amazing first camping experience! The site was full of friendly animals: chickens, horses, geese and a pig. The owners were super friendly, taking all the campers on a tractor ride around the site and bringing us fresh eggs from the hens direct to our tent. They also wheeled over some wood for the camp fire and allowed us to pick fruit from the trees, so we had some delicious plums and blackberries to enjoy too. We didn’t do this, but there was also a pond at the bottom of the site that people could fish in. The site has a private entrance direct into the Wyre Forest, perfect for days of exploring the woodland. So happy we chose Lucy’s Farm for our first time camping!

Disliked It was hard to find the site at first because the sign is obscured by a bush.
