Disliked Upon arrival we found our pitch and facilities unacceptable, extremely poor levels of hygiene. We had booked a two week stay, which we did not stay more than an hour. We are still waiting for a refund from the owner!! Please be aware before booking.

From the manager: I am truly sorry that you had such a disappointing experience at my property. I take full responsibility, and I sincerely apologize that what you found did not reflect the standards I expect for my home or for my guests. I had been out of the country for a year and a half and had completely stepped away from the day-to-day management of the property. During that time, I was not personally monitoring the online bookings, guest communications, or reviews, as I trusted the person I had left in charge to take care of both the property and our guests. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. I was not fully aware of how much the condition of the property and the guest experience had deteriorated until I returned and took over the management myself. I am only now going through the previous bookings and reviews personally, which is why I am responding to your experience at this time. While this explains the circumstances, it certainly does not excuse what happened, and I am very sorry that you were one of the guests affected by it. I have now taken back full responsibility for the property and am working hard to restore both the place and the level of care our guests should receive. If your travels ever bring you to this area again, I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to welcome you back under very different circumstances. I would be happy to offer you a complimentary night as a small gesture to make up for the experience you had. Thank you for your feedback, and once again, please accept my sincere apologies.
