Disliked Felt like a holiday camp, was expecting a more relaxed less corporate vibe. Row upon row of tents and vans. Despite pitches being huge, I felt very packed in. Would have preferred some hedges between pitches and some cross row paths so pitch wasn't used. Unmarked commercial vans, off lead dogs despite signs and info in booking pack. Maybe separate child free visitors from families. Or make that a booking option, you have room.

Liked Great site, clean facilities, plenty of waste and water points. Lovely to see so many families using the same area to play.

Disliked We asked the kids to move their goal post to the middle of the field as our van was hit several times by the ball. Wonder if softer plastic balls could be encouraged, rather than harder leather ones as we still had the occasional whack.

Again, we think that was the family over 3 pitches mentioned in the last review and I will repeat, if we have customers that are a general nuisance to all on site and make things unpleasant for everyone else, they do not come back. We would also like to ask our customers to either come and find myself or the warden if they are experiencing this kind of problem and we would speak to them. Liked Stayed 3 nights, but was very impressed. Clean site, immaculate warm shower block, well signposted, spacious pitches and a warm welcome. We said we would like to return in warmer weather.

Disliked Quite a trot to the grey waste/elsan point. Campsite looks directly over a carpark

Liked Great comms, visits from owners and text messages. We had the place to ourselves, apart from a great show put on by the Typhoons. There aren't many facilities, but the site is exactly as described. Toilet was clean and not a spider in sight! Can't wait to stay again.

Liked The park is lovely. Staff and other campers all very friendly. The shop over the road was well stocked. Toilets and showers were clean and hot.

Disliked The road noise! Such a perfect location on a pretty riverbank. But, the trucks thumping past make it anything but peaceful.

Liked Staff were friendly and so helpful. Site is clean, well tended. There were some larger groups, but all respectful and quiet. Shower facilities clean and modern.

Disliked The fact we were there for only a few days. We didn't have time to use the cafe or explore the park.

Liked Great site, great position. Lovely town.

Disliked Our pitch was close to the road. Had another motorhome pull up behind with a motorboat revving. Can't be helped and not the fault of the site. Didn't ruin our stay, just annoying.
