FHU cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite (large)
Liked Clean, quiet, roomy plots well maintained lovely play area for the kiddies, dog friendly with a dog play area and dog wash on site.
Bathrooms were amazing and super clean plus added bonus is the radio inside them or a quiet room if you wanted one without music.
The pub was lovely and staff very welcoming plus little table games to use was an added treat.
If you arrive past check in time there is a little pigeon hole to collect your information to your pitch.
Overall an amazing little find for myself my partner and our little dog.
Defo be back soon.
Disliked Not really much to say, maybe the turning is a little sharp into the camp from a fairly busy road.... so more a precaution than a dislike and there is some traffic noise but surprisingly you get used to it fairly quick.

From the manager: Thank you so much for your fantastic 10 out of 10 review! We're absolutely delighted that you, your partner and your little dog had such an enjoyable stay with us. It's wonderful to hear that you appreciated our spacious pitches, clean and well-maintained site, children's play area, dog exercise area and dog wash. We're especially pleased that you enjoyed our private bathroom facilities, including the option of music in most rooms and our designated quiet bathrooms for guests who prefer a little more peace. It's also great to know that you enjoyed your visit to Ben's Bar, found our team welcoming, and made use of the table games. We're glad our late arrival self-check-in system made your arrival straightforward too. Thank you for your constructive comments regarding the entrance. As we're located on the A149, we always advise guests towing caravans or driving larger vehicles to approach with care. Many guests find it easier to continue past the entrance and use the nearby roundabout to return and make a left-hand turn into the site if needed. We also appreciate your comments about the traffic noise. Being close to the A149 is something we're always transparent about before guests book. While some guests notice it initially, many, like yourselves, tell us they soon become accustomed to it, allowing them to enjoy everything else the site and surrounding countryside have to offer. Thank you once again for your wonderful review. It means a great deal to the whole team, and we're delighted you've found us. We look forward to welcoming you, your partner and your four-legged friend back to Pinecones again very soon. Martin
