Liked Lovely small campsite next to the pub, very friendly staff , fabulous food. Great walks and no need to walk down the main road to the path, you can go via the field and take the path down to the road with a easy walk across and come to the start of the Thames walk. Easy walk into Kemble. Watched the spitfire flying. There is one toilet with a shower in the same cubicle. It’s worth using your onboard toilet and shower if you have it, let the shower be used for the campervan’s. They do have fresh water, electric and grey and black waste disposal area but not motorhome drive over service point so be aware you need to take waste master or take with you. Site is clean and has a picnic table area in the middle. There is a main road running long the campsite with the aeroplanes near by too it can be a little noisy but didn’t bother us. We will be returning with friends.
Disliked No signal for three network, EE wasn’t too bad, free WiFi at the pub

Liked Clean site with friendly and professional staff. Amazing views of the ocean. Great restaurant and bar and a huge shop. Last min live entertainment at the barn. Kids play area. Top field have family shower area, separate toilets and indoor washing up room. We were told bottom field has better facilities but it’s a lot busier. £10 for taxi to town centre.
Disliked WiFi drops a lot but it’s free which many don’t offer , grass pitches not level but staff did move us.

Liked Stunning campsite on a really quiet farm. Owners were absolutely amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Didn’t hear anything at night and slept well. Water and electric, no showers or chemical waste but does have an onsite loo. They had alpacas and a pig in the farm. Can’t wait to revisit as it’s such a relaxing campsite.

Beach yurt
Liked The Campsite was so clean and well kept, all the staff were amazing, friendly and happy. Had the best loo/shower blocks I have seen, I much prefer self enclosures with loo and shower together so I was extremely happy to see they had those here near reception side of the campsite . There wasn’t much to walk too, but they had a small woodland area, all very catered for dog owners. Bar opened at 4pm and food vans come every night, they had a small shop which sold most things needed. We stayed in the yurt, clean and spacious, amazing log burner, maybe a little too warm once lit but my husband was desperate to test it out . Had everything we needed plus more.
Disliked The bed in the yurt wasn’t very comfortable. But that could be because we are not used to a sprung mattress. WiFi wasn’t great where we were

From the manager: Thank you Kara for your recommendation and your review. We do have 3 long woodland walks you can do from the park. Next time your here come to reception and we will give you the flyers. I am sorry you had bed issues. Normally customers find the beds very comfortable but we will check it out now you have brought it to our attention. Many thanks
