Llanbedr, Gwynedd, Wales
Powered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Scenery was top notch. Camp site is bordered by woodland and moorland. Lots of electric pitches. Great for springboard for travelling further north and proximal to Barmouth.
Disliked Waste disposal / recycling area was a little bit unkempt.

Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire, Wales
FHU gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked Great facilities, helpful staff and resident caravan locals! Gate was open, so can arrive late!
Nb - The electric pitches were all taken up by caravans, we were the only campervan at the time but there’s a whole field dedicated to non-electric grass pitches.
Great view of Carmathen Bay.

La Boissière, Mayenne, France
Power optional grass campsite
Liked Lovely wooded area with proximal amenities. No specific pitches, more of a park where you like. I was the only camper there and had my portable fire pit going in the evening. Owner is really nice. We conversed in French (my French is basic but I managed to get by).
The location is fairly rural.
