Camping El Sur

Liked Oh, where do I even start! Carmen greeted us the moment we arrived with a broad, welcoming smile and a lovely French accent that instantly set the tone for a fantastic stay.
Because the site features a hard base, pitching a tent requires a bit of extra gear. Carmen made sure we were completely set up for success by providing everything we needed: heavy-duty ground pegs, a heavy hammer, and an electric hookup adapter. She generously lent us all of this equipment free of charge, which was such a thoughtful and practical gesture.
The campsite itself was absolutely spotless from end to end:

● Sanitary Facilities: The toilets and showers were plentiful, impeccably clean, and very well presented throughout our entire stay.

● Pool Area: The swimming pool was amazing, peaceful, sparkling, and never overcrowded, allowing us to swim and relax in complete comfort.

● On-Site Amenities: The site is fully equipped with a modern laundrette, pristine dishwashing stations, easily accessible drinkable water taps, and fantastic play areas for children (even though ours have now flown the nest!).

● Stunning Views: The view from the lookout point overlooking Ronda was breathtakingly peaceful, the perfect spot to unwind and take in the scenery.

● Dining & Hospitality: The restaurant and bar were excellent, serving great food and drinks, and the entire staff team was brilliant, attentive, and friendly.

● WI-Fi: This was better than expected. We pitched on the edge of the site and the reception was full throughout our stay.

● Location: Located within walking distance of Ronda, which offered a wealth of historical and cultural attractions, this was an excellent outing. We also drove to a nearby freshwater lake, which was refreshingly cool despite the heat of the sun. The natural scenery was both impressive and invigorating. There's much more to see and do locally, which we will be sampling during our next visit.

We loved it so much that we actually booked to return again just 9 days later! We missed the place the second we drove away.

Liked Me gustó todo, el trato del personal, las parcelas, la piscina, las duchas. Todo está muy bien pensado y limpio. De los 3 camping que fuimos este verano, fue el mejor. Nos prestaron el adaptador de la electricidad, cuando en otro camping nos cobraron 5€ más un depósito de 20€.

Disliked El restaurante abre al mediodía y no da desayunos. Por lo demás todo bien.

Liked El mejor camping de la serranía de Ronda, y a un precio correcto. La piscina, lo mejor.

Disliked No me gustó la mala educación de algunos de los clientes, que no respetan las normas, especialmente lo relativo a jugar con pelotas en la piscina.
