River Meuse hikes, cycle rides and watersports on the doorstep, a working windmill and waterside cafés within 10 minutes’ stroll – you must be at Beesel aan de Maas, a splendidly peaceful campsite five minutes' drive from Beesel in the South Netherlands. As it’s set on five acres of private land, there’s no traffic noise, so the main thing you'll hear on site is birdsong, and you have plenty of green countryside in which to exercise any doggy companions. Practical facilities include toilets, drinking water, a washing-up area, grey water disposal and cassette emptying. Electric hook-ups for the pitches and hot showers are also available for a small extra charge. When the weather isn’t playing nice, you can retreat to a shared dining area – where you can play family games, cook in fully equipped kitchens and get together with friends and families over meals. You can also have a potter around the heirloom vegetable garden, which has more than 200 varieties to choose from. If you need a stock up of snacks for the kids, buy artisan ice cream from the local farm shop (10 minutes’ drive), where you can also pick up delicious regional cheeses and seasonal vegetables.

Liked When we spent a night in the campsite it was very peaceful and spacious. The facilities were spotless and we enjoyed our stay. The manager was very pleasant and reimbursed us with out hesitation for electricity which we thought we had paid for but was not included. A well organised site and very reasonably priced site.

Liked dat ik nog een plekje had met Pinksteren .
mijn complimenten aan de eigenaar die er alles aan gedaan heeft om iedereen een plekje te geven , ja we hadden geen stroom en zijn geheel offgrid gegaan daarvoor hebben we een camper, geweldige omgeving en achteraf hebben we leuke 3 dagen gehad. volgend jaar zal de eigenaar de weide maaien denk ik.
als ik het goed begrijp hebben de organisaties waar de eigenaar bij aangesloten is de c p overboekt daarom mijn dank aan de eigenaar we komen nog een keer terug.

Disliked de omgeving en het dorpje Beesel lekker gegeten op de markt.

Disliked De camping was helemaal overboekt, iedereen stond in parkeerstand tegen elkaar aan, wij hadden geen elektra, 2 toiletten voor ongeveer 100 campers, 2 douches voor ongeveer 100 campers daardoor allemaal in de rij staan en de douches zijn smorgens vroeg op slot? geen vriendelijke eigenaar, wij komen daar nooit meer.

Liked Wir waren Pfingsten dort. Der Platz war hoffnungslos überbucht. Der Betreiber war den ganzen Tag unermüdlich unterwegs um allen noch ein Plätzchen zu ermöglichen. Die Sanitäranlagen waren trotzdem super sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Liked De locatie. De eigenaar heeft met Pinksteren te veel boekingen aangenomen. Heel veel plekken hadden geen stroom. Wij ook niet. Wel een oplossing gezocht zodat we er konden staan. Mooie fietstochten te maken in de omgeving
