Set high on a mountainside with spectacular views of Lake Garda, this pristine and peaceful spot really is a rather special sanctuary from modern life. By day life drifts around the outdoor swimming pool and sun deck overlooking the lake. When you’ve had your fill of lazing on a sun bed or swimming leisurely laps, retire to the terrace bar and enjoy a glass of something chilled while you watch the sun set over the lake. If you can summon up enough energy, head down to the lakeside for pasta and seafood feasts in Castelletto (15 minutes’ drive) restaurants, or pick up picnic supplies in the basics store in pretty Brenzone sul Garda (20 minutes). Chances are, however, that you’ll prefer to hang out at your mountain retreat and cuddle the rabbits that run freely about the place. Pick a spot among the tree-shaded terraces on the hillside, all facing the lake and all equipped with electricity and water. Facilities include a modern shower and toilet block, with separate facilities for men and women, a dishwashing area and a USB charging point so you can power up devices and keep in touch with the outside world.

Liked Stunning views, easy check-in, very friendly staff! Gorgeous location also! The bar area overlooked Lake Garda and we could see end to end in the evening, with the lights of houses, bars and restaurants beautifully surrounding the lake and the hills.
The facilities were spotless and maintained very well too.
We managed to get some honey which had been produced on site too.

Liked Periodo metà settembre, soggiornato una sola notte. Soddisfatti in tutto per tutto, la vista da sola vale il soggiorno. Piazzole molto curate, fornite di tutto, ottimi i servizi, puliti e funzionali. Molto rilassante l'area piscina. Silenzioso, personale gentile, possibilità di ordinare pane e brioches la sera per il mattino.
Il bar con tavolini su terrazza con vista lago una chicca.

Disliked Ci è piaciuto tutto, unica piccola pecca, abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e di domenica mattina l'apertura del barettino, per chi non è attrezzato per la colazione, è abbastanza tardi per chi fa escursioni o comunque parte presto al mattino. Abbiamo lasciato la struttura alle 08:45 ca. ed era ancora chiuso.

Liked Camping a taille humaine avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de garde. Locaux propres avec notamment piscine. Très calme.
Petit plus le restaurant/bar qui propose de bonnes pizzas et des cocktails à des prix très attractifs.

Disliked Camping qui offre une vue magnifique sur le lac de garde dans un environnement très calme. Pas forcément un point négatif pour tout le monde mais il faut savoir que le revers de la médaille est qu'il est très isolé. Compter environ 20/25min en voiture pour redescendre sur les bords du lac.

Liked This was a wonderful stay!

The property is beautiful, with meticulous attention to ensuring that guests have a wonderful experience.
The property is set high up on the hill overlooking Lake Garda with a spectacular view.

Our pitch was relatively private, the orientation of the tent pitches means that there are more secluded spots as we don’t have a van or car that can be on the pitch area.

We had power and water which was great.

Easy access to the bathroom amenities. The bathrooms were spotless and the nicest campground bathrooms I have seen.

There was a lovely pool to sit by and the site has cafe with a nice food and drinks menu which didn’t disappoint.

Day 2 of our stay we started with coffee at 10:00am and ended the evening with Limoncello at 10:00pm.
We ate and drank. Other guests also came and sat at the cafe area which was really nice.

The light breeze and the sunshine sitting in the hill was just the type of day we needed. Very relaxed.

Disliked Not a dislike, more of a suggestion. Perhaps a walking trail to the top of the property and a service that runs a few times a day to drop off and pick up guests who want to go to the lake for a walk or a meal but don’t want to drive and battle for parking.

If you can tear yourself away from those stunning Lake Garda views on site, cyclists and walks can get a different perspective on the lake by following the gentle Malcesine cycle and pedestrian path (25 minutes’ drive) as it meanders along the shoreline. If you’ve got a head for heights, grab a seat in a rotating car on the Malcesine cableway (half an hour) and head up to the summit of Monte Baldo for more far-reaching views over the lake and surrounding peaks. The historic city of Verona (55 minutes) repays a day trip with city vistas from the top of the spindly Torre dei Lamberti, a romantic stop-off at Casa di Giulietta of ‘Romeo and Juliet’ fame and an aperitivo in a lively Piazza Bra café, as well as a summer-long opera festival in the ancient Roman-era Arena.
