On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 40 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €300.00 ($490.24) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 1 days of arrival and will be refunded within 1 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: a €300.00 ($490.24) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: €500.00 ($817.06) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Réception.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Pool

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is closed from noon to 2:30 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/09 and 31/03.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/06 and 31/08 and between 01/09 and 31/03.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 01/04 and 31/05.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Pool

• Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Pool

• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

General

• The fishing lakes are stocked with gardons et carpes.

Pool

• The indoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 30/09.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This campground/park does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
• This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 9:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €80.00 ($130.73) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
