What customers say
A clean, friendly site with spacious, often shaded pitches. Helpful staff and good facilities (showers are warm, though some mention updates needed). Great for exploring Albert and WW1 sites. Enjoyed entertainment and snack bar. A few minor points on noise, signs, and facility upkeep.

Powered grass tent campsite
Liked We liked the location of the camp site in the Somme, we liked the trees and hedges bordering the pitches, and the facilities on the pitch (electricity and water). There was a nice ambiance and it was a calm campsite when we arrived.
Emily was very helpful in the booking process.
Disliked What we found inconvenient was the noise at night from the trains on the railway line and vehicles on the main road not far from where we were pitched on the campsite. It disturbed our sleep.
If pitched further from the road/rail we probably would have slept better.
The campsite is convenient location for our tour.
