On-site accommodation

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

General

• A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 20/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €150.00 ($242.20) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between midnight and 7 a.m..

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Pool

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 02/04 and 11/07.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 02/04 and 10/07.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 11/07 and 16/08.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

General

• The bar is open between 01/06 and 25/08.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/07 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Occupancy

• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The restaurant is open between 01/06 and 25/08.

Vehicles

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €150.00 ($242.20) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
