Liked Great communication from the owner Michel, who both emailed and texted very quickly after the booking was made. He gave clear guidance for us to just go ahead and find a suitable pitch and he would come and see us later. True to his word, he did a circuit of the campsite, politely introducing himself and checking to make sure all was well. Neither we or Michel were fluent in the opposite language but we got by quite happily!
We liked the small size of the campsite in lovely quiet, rural countryside. The loos and showers are rustic but spotlessly clean (it is a campsite, after all!) Good campervan service area too. To top of off, a couple of deer bounced past as we were having our breakfast! Will definitely return.

Liked Michel has a nice, spotlessly clean setup here. We didn’t long, just the one night on the way to the Caen ferry, but were impressed by his setup. Showers clean, warm, all other facilities new and working well.
Spoke only briefly to him, but a nice chap

Liked Great little site with very spacious pitches. Location is good only 15 min to Bayeux (small town), which is lovely. There is nothing near the campsite so is very remote, but very quiet. Our host was great and very helpful. We don’t speak much French and he didn’t speak much English - thank god for google translate. Toilets and showers were very rustic but functional. Host was very good cleaning these facilities every night.
Disliked Filling up with drinking water is tedious as had to hold button in for flow but unable to put container close enough under tap.

Liked Gorgeous quiet, rural location with good wi-fi and a really helpful owner. We loved this place and would happily return.
Disliked The facilities were functional and clean, though you could hear the sounds from the other shower, toilet and washroom, which was slightly off-putting.
