Admission

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

• Facilities/activities including horseriding, canoeing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a A$200.00 ($183.77) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.
