Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

General

• chainsaws, generators are not permitted.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including horseriding, canoeing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a A$200.00 ($179.46) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

• Modifications are subject to a A$20.00 ($17.88) fee.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m..

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

• The fishing lakes are stocked with trout, redfin, carp.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

• The park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Vehicles

• Units longer than 6 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 8 p.m..
