Good location, hot showers and friendly staff, but dated facilities.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked There is plenty of space to park on the non-electric field, which is a real positive.
The showers are hot and have good water pressure. The site is also in a good location, with frequent buses into Tenby, making it easy to get into town without needing to drive.
The gentleman on reception was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, which made for a great first impression.
Disliked The shower block is dated and in need of improvement. In the mornings, when it is busy, there does not appear to be anyone checking that the toilets and showers have been properly cleaned following the evening and morning use.
There is also a lack of hooks in the shower cubicles, making it difficult to keep clothes and personal belongings dry and off the floor.

Primitive grass campsite
Liked Friendly welcome. Warm showers (perhaps a little too warm for some as no temperature control). Very clean. Tidy site. We had no hook up so in order to get a reasonably level pitch had to go down to the bottom of the tent field where there was lots of space. Good buses to Tenby and Saundersfoot or could walk though hilly. Morrisons and Half Moon pub close by in the village. We enjoyed our stay.
