What customers say
This well-kept site has friendly staff & great, clean facilities. Guests loved the spacious pitches, handy shop, & lovely views. It's close to beaches & attractions. While mostly positive, some noted road noise & that more washrooms are needed during busy periods.

Very well maintained site in a good location.
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Beautiful campsite and well maintained. Large well stocked shop and facilities on site. The showers and toilets in the main block were very clean and tidy. Close to Newgale surfing beach and a beautiful sunset can be seen from the site. Owners have obviously pumped a lot of time and money back into the site itself.
Disliked - The extra toilet and showers around the back were a little dirty with no loo roll however the showers were very hot!
- Very windy in the top field but obviously this can’t be controlled.
- For main block showers you need to walk over to opposite wall (potentially around other members of public and next to an open door) and time starts straight away, even though you still need to then get undressed etc when back inside cubicle.

Spotless, spacious and well equipped campsite near beautiful beaches!
Powered grass campsite
Liked Facilities are spotless, staff are so friendly and helpful, pitches are huge! Drinking water tap at each EHU pitch is a really nice touch. Have returned to this campsite year after year, can’t fault it. Near to beautiful beaches, quiet but still fine for the children to be free and playful.
Disliked Nothing - absolutely perfect for us!

A great site, I'm hoping to make a revisit.
Powered grass campsite
Liked We really liked the relaxed atmosphere of this site. It also had really good facilities, roomy pitches with great views and the staff were friendly. It's an easy walk to the lovely Nolton Haven beach.
Disliked We didn't really dislike anything, however, I guess no one wants to pay 20p for a two minute shower.

Shower pay as you go system is a joke. too much stress.
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Levelled ground. Clean toilet
Disliked Shower pay as you go system is a joke. Total stress. You pay £1 for 10 min, start the clock, go to shower room, take off clothing and 5 min gone if you fast. Also quite noisy place due to intensive traffic on the main road near by during the day and night.

From the manager: Thank you for your candid feedback. Your feedback proves one thing.... you didn't read the campsite listing before you booked. We clearly advertise that showers are "chargeable" so guests are not disappointed or surprised upon arrival and stay. Charging for showers is commonplace and an approach adopted by several (not all) nearby campsites to a.) reduce waiting times and queuing for showers and b.) conserve water, a precious commodity. 5 mins to get undressed? wow....

Liked Site was very quiet but very clean, we were able to come and go as we pleased. We had our dog with us and they were very laid back about her being onsite. She was able to follow us around and lay by our caravan with having to be on lead.
The owners were friendly and kept to themselves.
The site is about 10 mins from the local town so very easy to get to.
Disliked Wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi but I’m sure they would have helped if we had mentioned it.
