On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

General

• A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

• At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 5 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including fishing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

General

• gazebos and pup tents are not permitted.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £200.00 ($372.11) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 2 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: £200.00 ($372.11) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a £10.00 ($18.61) fee.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• No electric barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

General

• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.
• Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Pool

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 9:30 p.m. and 9 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Sites

• Tents are not accepted at this park.

General

• The bar is open between 25/02 and 20/12.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The fishing lakes are stocked with carp, catfish, tench, pike, roach,.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Dogs

• The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the cafe/bar area instead.

• This campground/park Does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £50.00 ($93.03) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
