What customers say

A lovely lakeside campground with direct access to Lake Bala, great for watersports. Guests loved the spotless facilities & friendly staff. Spacious, well-kept pitches. Popular with families, it's generally peaceful, though some found it busy/noisy at peak times. WiFi could be better, more dog walks requested.

Liked Nice clean site, good access to the lake. Clean shower blocks and toilets with plenty of cubicles. Well looked after site

Disliked Could have done with a few more bins around the site, or at least one by the lake. The kids play area is decent but I think they could do with a second one in the park itself so the kids didn't have to go by the entrance to play there.

Powered grass campervan or trailer tent campsite

Liked Beautiful setting with direct access to the lake, we really enjoyed paddleboarding while staying here.
The site itself was really well kept and the toilets and showers were spotless. Never had to wait for a shower despite being here during mid August.
Would definitely recommend 👌

Liked Views and scenery, easy of access. Dog walk.

Lakeside close, easy access to town.

Disliked Disliked how close everyone was pitched, felt cramped bit clausaphobic, on top of each other.

People walking really close to my unit, had to get some solar lights to put round A frame so people could avoid walking into it.

(Nothing to do with staff) Shame about how other campers let their kids run riot, no regards for others or facilities.

Powered cement/asphalt RV campsite

Liked Fabulous site great pitch location well worth the extra few pounds for a hard standing with electric the lake was amazing. Nice bike ride into the village didn’t take very long at all. Fabulous use on the way down with our bikes quite a long way to walk but would still be worth it maybe not on holiday.

Disliked We disliked the fact that there was only one toilet block. It was miles away from everything. There was plenty of toilets and showers. It was just a really long walk when you’re desperate for the loo or have children that are desperate for the loo.
