Powered gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite

Liked Had a lovely stay at this site and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The owners were really friendly and helpful. They came out to greet us at the gate on arrival, gave us a warm welcome, and provided lots of useful information about the site and the local area. They even brought over some homemade cakes later on, which was such a nice touch.

The site itself is very well kept, with good-sized pitches and a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, with scenic view’s. It’s just a short 15-minute walk along the canal into a pretty little town, with a good choice of pubs and restaurants.

All in all, a great spot – we’ll definitely be back!

Powered gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite

Liked Peaceful, small site for caravans and motorhomes within walking distance of pretty Llangollen town centre. New site owners are in the process of refurbishment of the site. Absolutely lovely couple, very attentive and on hand if you have any queries. The cupcakes offered by Mark and Michaela to every visitor on Saturday afternoon was a beautiful gesture. I wish them well in their venture.

Disliked Nothing. Would not yet be suitable for campers as no functioning shower block at the moment.

Recommend to friends Visit again

No toilet and shower block yet, but a lovely site to stay.

Liked We loved the area, great views around the valley. A very peaceful and relaxing site. Very close to the town, just a stroll along the canal brings to the centre of Llangollen. Owners were very nice and helpful.

Was happy to discover that this site has re-opened. We shared a lovely chilled weekend here. Enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the town and the peace and tranquility of the site. Love the work already done on site and look forward to seeing it's progress. Mark & Michaela are lovely hosts and gave us some amazing g homemade cake too! Look forward to our return.

Powered gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite

Liked We stayed one night and found it had everything required (we're in a campervan with it's own facilities), easily accessible electric hookup, spacious pitch and easy to find. Mark was very welcoming and friendly. It's a great location for walking into Llangollen, only 10/15 minutes walk max which has great food places, bars and shops if you need anything. Highly recommend!

Liked Fantastic location, far enough from Llangollen to be a nice quiet site. But still only a ten minute walk down the canal to the town.
