A simple, peaceful campsite with great value and amazing views. Guests loved the quiet, stargazing-friendly location and welcoming hosts. Large fields offer space, and portaloos are clean. It's best for those wanting basic amenities, though access can be tricky for low cars.

Quiet
Primitive grass campervan campsite
Liked Large field in quiet location. No traffic noise and couldn't hear other people. Lovely view.
Disliked Last 0.3 of the road is very bad. I wouldn't suggest it in a vehicle with low ground clearance. Water is a large container in one corner. Toilets were 2 chemical loos.

From the manager: Good to hear you liked the view and location! Just to clarify, it is a mains-fed potable water tank so the supply is replenished as people use it.
