What customers say
Friendly, well-kept site with lovely Brecon Beacons views. Staff are praised as helpful & welcoming, facilities are spotless & the pool's a hit. Great for exploring Brecon town & countryside. A restaurant next door is a plus. Minor gripes: toilet distance & pitch spacing. Highly recommended, many plan to revisit.

I only had a quick one…
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked I only had a quick one night stop over to play golf locally, but the couple who own the site were so friendly and accommodating, really made a new RV owner feel welcome and sure I could wing it on my own for the night. Good Luck with the Season, it's a great site, very well appointed with everything you could wish for available!

Site ruined by intimidating and drunken behaviour.
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Location under Pen y Fan. Clean.
Disliked We stayed on a summer weekend in an area of the campsite where there are a lot of seasonal pitches. The campsite doesn't accept bookings from groups but this is irrelevant when the seasonal pitches include groups who move from one pitch to another, socialising loudly, playing music and getting increasingly drunk. Never, on a campsite have I been surrounded by so many inebriated people without any sense of courtesy to other campsite users. Two call-outs to the warden had short-term effect but also lead to one angry and intimidating lady taking it upon herself to find out "who complained".

Good campsite for a weekend in wales
Powered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Peaceful site
Pitches has a lot of space
Great location for walks around the area
Great views
Disliked The main block for showers, toilets and washing up for people camping was away from the camping field in the permanent caravan site. If we were camping with younger children this would have been more of a problem.

Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked We stayed for 2 nights in June in a touring motorhome pitch. From arrival, the site was clean, well-organised, and welcoming. The toilet and shower blocks were spotless and regularly maintained, with plenty of hot water.
Our pitch was level, spacious, and offered good privacy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay,
Seasonals were friendly and made us welcome.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Great family friendly clean site stayed recently and enjoyed the swimming pool great bonus.
Beautiful views, friendly staff and recommend you book to have a burger in the Brecon Hills, if not you can have drinks only lovely in the restaurant.
Only downside is there is only one toilet block for the whole site. They are cleaned and looked after. Definitely be coming back
Disliked Only one shower block for whole site but we managed

Amazing place
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked We arrived here on the 12th June, with a touring caravan. Booking in was very quick and you were given all the information you needed to know. The young girl was very friendly and extremely helpful.
The pitch was a decent size and the views were fantastic.
The site is very clean and tidy. There is a heated pool on site, laundry room and also a small shop in the reception area.
The field is very big so children can run around freely and safe. There is also a park there for them.
There’s plenty of walks around the area also if you want to walk your dogs or check out the scenery.
We walked into Brecon town which took us around 20mins and caught the bus back up who cost us £3 for the two of us.
The Hills Brecon burger place is also next door. We didn’t try this, but heard it’s very nice.
The owners are very friendly and very helpful. They are often driving around should you need to ask any questions.
I would recommend 100% and would definitely return. Currently looking to book our next trip.
